Starbucks Software Supplier Shutdown By Ransomware

As of November 25th, the multinational chain Starbucks announced that it has been struggling to pay and schedule its employees due to a ransomware attack on the third-party company that manages the software for those tasks. On November 21st, the UK-based supply chain software company Blue Yonder reported that its operations had been disrupted by a ransomware attack. While they currently have no specific plan to resolve the issue, they have stated that they are working around the clock to address it. We will keep you updated as news comes in.
